The Executive Board
President
The President's main function in the club is to be the representative of the club and to ensure the club continues to function and develop while overseeing and helping the rest of the executive board, as well as maintaining contact with all of the players. They spend countless hours contacting other schools’ teams and organizing games, practices, tournaments, team dinners and bonding activities, and other events on top of filling in for any empty positions within the club. They are the club’s connection to USG, the Sports Club Council at SBU, NIRSA, other collegiate teams, the LIWL, coaches, Campus Recreation, Student Activities, and other clubs and organizations on campus. It’s their job to make sure everything that needs to be done, is done properly and on time.

Vice President
The Vice President is the right hand of the President as they work as a team to accomplish anything and everything pertaining to the club. Their main duties include being in contact with the club adviser, making sure all the paperwork necessary for games by players is filled out, and helping to fill any empty role to ensure the club’s functionality and growth in addition to training any potential upcoming executive board members.

Katelyn Neuman is a junior at Stony Brook University majoring in biomedical engineering and applied math and statistics. She has been apart of the SBU women's soccer club for two years. Before that she was on the varsity soccer team Walt Whitman high school for three years and was captain for two years. She also played club soccer. Her experience and passion for the game led her to run for Vice President and she looks forward to continuing to make our club fun and competitive!
Treasurer
The role of treasurer is to manage the club’s budget and fees. A lot of money is put into the club through league fees, coaching fees, travel expenses, equipment costs, athletic trainers that are required at home games, etc. and the treasurer determines the costs of the necessary investments and maintains a detailed record of all monetary proceedings. They are also responsible for writing grants and organizing fundraisers.

Ashley Kaleita is a senior double majoring in Applied Mathematics & Statistics and Economics. She attended Rocky Point High School where she played varsity soccer and was also on the track team. Playing 8 years of travel soccer, Ashley was excited to continue her soccer career with the Women’s Club Soccer team at Stony Brook. She is looking forward to her third year with the club, and is confident she can help achieve its goals.

Secretary
The secretary is responsible for keeping the club materials organized. This includes taking meeting minutes, club correspondence, preparing agendas for club meetings, and ordering team apparel. They report to the President to discuss meeting agendas and club proposals.

Elisabeth Van Roijen (Liz) is a junior majoring in Chemical and Molecular Engineering with a minor in environmental engineering. Growing up, she always played soccer for her school team as well as for a travel team. Her main position is center defense. For her third year on team, she is very excited to watch the team succeed and make sure everyone enjoys the game!
social / public relations
The Social / Public Relations chair organizes events for the club. Events include, team bonding, fundraising, and connecting with other organizations on campus. They are also responsible for keeping the club website updated as well as posting on social media accounts on a weekly basis.

Amanda Brennan is a sophomore at Stony Brook University majoring in Applied Mathematics and Statistics and this will be her second year on SBU Women's Club Soccer. She played at Arlington High School all four years along with playing on a travel team. Her experience and dedication on these teams and working at Rocky Point Soccer Club has influenced her to run for President. Amanda is excited to help reach our club's potential and highlight our growth as a team while having a fun, competitive year.
